The Role Join this global retail company and through best in industry HR function, support our team members to deliver our customers the best possible retail experience. As the HR manager of the company, you will partner with senior leadership to align workforce priorities as well as deliver day to day HR management.
To be successful, you’ll have:
• Excellent communication and negation skills. • HR experience gained in a retail industry for at least 5 years. • Solid employee relations experience, including dispute resolution, investigation and mediation experience. • Cultural transformation/ change experience. (Chinese speaking preferred) • Capability to manage and coordinate multiply projects simultaneously. • A creative approach to problem solving and an analytical mind. • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business as well as extensive generalist experience. • Experience providing HR support to senior leaders. • Worked with Key metrics e.g. absence and turn over • Experience with remuneration and benefit issues as well as performance. • Experience building a positive work culture on site where every team member feels able to contribute to achieving the company’s high performance goals.
Key Responsibilities • Partner with the business to provide expert, practical, commercially balanced, industrially- sensitive HR advice that develops a positive employee relations environment. • Ensure all HR activities are effectively managed within the retail stores nationally. • Remuneration reviews, Recruitment, Talent Management, Leadership Development. • Proactively drive the people agenda across the stores, developing and implementing initiatives to enable delivery against Logistics objectives.
