3. What qualification did you apply? And why?

Finally got my Diploma of Remedial Massage! I would like to join a membership in MMA to welcome more customers who holds insurance such as NIB, BUPA, etc. I already have studied various beauty therapy & Massage courses including myology, Aroma and neurology theory, etc from my origin country. So I didn’t want to waste my time to get the same qualification (AUS version) with the full payment & time for studying again. I have found some information and column from OZCAREER on Korean news-paper. They consult and helps people to get the qualification/certification (approximately within 3 weeks). I have been dreaming that I open my own shops around Sydney city, but I didn’t have my Australian qualification for long time since I migrated to Australia. And I realised that I should get one for my professional career. RPL is very valuable system! No attendance, lower price to be certified by college!

4. What evidence materials did you prepare for RPL?

OZCAREER sent me a check list and some guidance. I needed to collect certain amount of required document for them to evaluate my skills and knowledge. Required documents are: Resume, reference letter, USI, latest certifications, media evidence (Video and photo), etc..

5. How long did it take?

It took 13 days! OZCAREER said that I prepared more than enough document to prove my skills and knowledge from my previous studies and relevant qualifications. I wanted to get my Diploma ASAP, so I took video and photos as much as I could. My application went through well, and I got the result promptly. I am satisfied!

6. What do you want to do in 5 years?

I might start up my own business within 2 years, I have been working in the same industry for about 7 years now. I am confident and proud of my self.
